My hope and desire as a therapist is to help inspire and empower clients to reach their potentials. In my 35+ years of experience, I have worked with individuals from all ages and backgrounds, all with the desire to better their lives. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative relationship with my clients where curiosity and possibilities become a part of their approach to life. I strive to help my clients to live courageously, explore outside of your comfort zone, develop a growth mindset, and see challenges as opportunity.
I have worked with a diversity of clients in a variety of settings, focusing on supporting wellness, health promotion, counseling, and psychology education. Having also worked with Division 1 and Olympic level athletes, being a yoga instructor, and training in mindfulness, I recognize and value the importance of the mind-body connection.
It takes amazing truth and courage to reach out, but I believe it is the most vulnerable moments in our life that lead to the most growth. I feel honored and humbled to walk along side you on this journey.
