Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, dissociation, relationships, reproduction or existential despair, I am here to help. By approaching your well-being from every angle, we will work together to facilitate a mindful exploration of your conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will help you build a personalized self-care regimen aimed to help you learn about yourself in a kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental way. This may allow you to begin exploring how your mind and body process experiences; how your past may get activated in your present; and how your body instinctually responds.

I am a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider. I deliver KAP in partnership with a medical team called Journey Clinical. KAP and SP together honor both chemistry and consciousness. The medicine opens doors while the somatic practice teaches clients how to walk through them and stay home in their bodies.

12 Week Somatic Trauma & Dissociation Workshop

This structured 12 week somatic trauma & dissociation workshop will consist of weekly meetings where participants learn about their window of tolerance, forms of dissociation; mobilizing and immobilizing survival defenses; organization of experiences, internalized beliefs, self tracking of their body; grounding & resourcing skills; boundaries and differentiation; and communication skills. There will be quick and easy handouts with exercises for clients to become familiar with concepts and skills that will be further explored in group. This is a safe group for all clients to gain understanding, hope, connection, and altruism.

6 Week Psychedelic Healing with Ketamine

This is an intimate group that will meet over six weeks. Prior to the onset of group, each participant will meet with me individually 3 times so that we may become acquainted with each other, introduce you to the ketamine preparation, dosing and integration sessions; and explore your expectations and intentions for your two dosing sessions. After your second individual meeting with me, I will refer you to meet with the medical staff at Journey Clinical to determine if you are an eligible candidate for ketamine at which point they will prescribe you 2 doses of ketamine for group.
