My approach is collaborative and integrative, incorporating mind, body, spirit, and all things relational. I blend Existential, IFS, and Narrative Therapies, with Somatic processing and Buddhist philosophy in a way that is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and thoughtful inquiry. I also specialize in vocal activation and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.
