Change is rarely easy. Whether you are changing jobs, changing relationship status, transitioning into parenthood, changing your identity, or facing some other big life transition, you do not have to do it alone. Often change comes with anxiety or even depression; sometimes we pursue change because of trauma or can be traumatized by the process; having someone to listen, witness, and support your growth may make the difference between surviving and thriving through the journey of change.
As a perinatal therapist, with additional training and experience in supporting sexual and relationship challenges, I focus on the ways pregnancy, birth, and parenthood can impact identity, function, and relationship.
If that feels supportive, I'm here for you. I serve residents of NJ, NY, and PA. In-person sessions are available on Fridays and Saturdays in Bloomfield, NJ. Virtual sessions available Wednesday through Saturday. Individual, couple, and polycule therapy available. Babies in arms welcome. As of August 2025, I have space for 4 new clients.
