Taking the first step to find the right therapist can be challenging. Whether you are ready to begin healing from trauma, or you are curious to learn more about mental wellness and wholeness, I will walk with you on your journey. I work with a wide variety of clients, from all different backgrounds, with issues that impact their mental well being, including trauma and mental illness, physical illnesses, grief and general stress.
My specialty is in the mind and body connection, and the treatment of trauma. Using a holistic approach, I focus on overall wholeness and wellness. The body holds all of the wisdom, knowledge and truth that we need to remember how to heal. I can help you find the safety and support you need to reconnect to your truest self.
