Hello, my name is Celina. I am excited to be a part of a much needed field, and get the opportunity to be there for people from all walks of life and backgrounds. My ideal client could look like a million different things, but with the desire to change their life for the better with the guidance of an unbiased, empathetic counselor. My ideal client has no specific age or race, etc., but does have a commitment to growth and a passion for living their best life.
I practice counseling from a CBT (focusing on thought patterns and adjusting unhelpful ones) and Solution-Focused lens with an emphasis on mindfulness. These theories give me guidance in helping my clients achieve change in their lives and to live more freely.
