| Español Welcome! I'm the owner of Road to Ready Counseling and a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients throughout Virginia and Texas. I provide in-person therapy in Mechanicsville, Virginia, and secure telehealth counseling across both Virginia and Texas, with evening and Saturday telehealth appointments available.
Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and college students experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, life transitions, and everyday stressors.
My practice draws from a variety of counseling techniques tailored to the needs and situation of each individual. We provide a nurturing and safe space for each client to promote positive therapeutic outcomes. BOARD-approved supervision for residents in counseling in VA, and supervision for graduate counseling student interns and practicum is provided.
I believe quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone. By offering both in-person and telehealth services, I strive to reduce barriers such as transportation, scheduling, and travel time so you can receive care in the setting that works best for you.
