I work with adults, age 18 & up, on a variety of issues, & I specialize in treating trauma & attachment issues
I have been trained in EMDR therapy, & have had great success delivering this therapeutic modality both in-person & via teletherapy. Using both a trauma-focused & attachment-based approach, I help others get to the root of their trauma & negative beliefs about self. My number one goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are & to walk alongside you.

A safe space for any adult woman to connect with others, receive support, and process whatever is going on in their lives. $15 per person/per group. Meets biweekly Thursday evenings @ 6:30PM
