I am a trauma-informed, EMDR trained therapist who incorporates mindfulness in the therapy room. As a member of the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities, I bring a sense of genuineness, compassion, and curiosity to my work. Together we will take time to pay attention to thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences that serve as clues for the ways you can heal.
I specialize in working with those dealing with emotional pain from traumatic experiences and LGBTQ+ folx exploring their identity, coming out, and spirituality.
