Therapy can be dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to focus on what’s holding you back and how to break through. If past trauma is weighing you down, I’m trained in EMDR to help you process and move forward. Together, we’ll tackle challenges and find practical solutions.
I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I provide compassionate care, offering a safe space where you can be yourself and navigate challenges with understanding and empathy.
My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. While I’m not currently accepting clients, I welcome you to reach out, and I’ll gladly connect you with a counselor at Peacock & Hodnett Counseling.
