Through mindfulness attention and somatic awareness, that which was previously "in the way" becomes our doorway to healing, clarity, peace, joy, and the ability to realize our personal and life goals.
Each one of us is precious, valuable, and has within our own innate wisdom. We will create a safe and healing space that will allow this wisdom to arise as we discover, meet, and explore limiting and negative beliefs, repressed emotions, and rejected parts of your own self.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 15 yrs. It has been a privilege and joy to see my clients letting go of the unconscious conditioning that kept them stuck in suffering and prevented them from growing into their highest potential life and self.
