I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique goals and strengths. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, maternal mental health, life transitions, and stress-related concerns. As part of a multidisciplinary psychiatric team, I can coordinate care when additional treatment or medication may be beneficial.
