We slow things down to notice what gets activated-whether that’s shutting down, feeling on edge, or flair ups-and understand where those patterns come from. More than just talking through situations, we pay attention to how your body responds. That helps you recognize patterns earlier and respond differently instead of getting pulled into the same cycles.
