I have experience utilizing Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, EMDR, and Positive Psychology to address multiple issues stemming from depression, anxiety, substance use, phobias, grief, relationships, trauma, chronic pain, low self-esteem, and other life experiences.
