I love working with women of all ages- early teen years working through friendships, young adults in dating relationships, and adults during TTC, pregnancy, and postpartum.
I partner with clients to create a healthy, interpersonal relationship to process hard life events, emotions, and other unhealthy relationships. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and Motivational Interviewing.
My approach to therapy focuses on the client’s personality and needs. By allowing clients to be in charge of their sessions, I can become the support needed during that time. I view people holistically, using interventions for the mind, body, and spirit. I want each person who sees me to walk away feeling both challenged and encouraged.
