(EMDR trained) Life is rarely easy, yet finding a space to process this, without judgement, is hard to find. My aim is to offer a secure environment where clients feel free to express themselves authentically and fully. Central to my practice is fostering acceptance while gently challenging negative core beliefs and thought patterns through evidence based interventions.

I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents dealing with various concerns. My client centered therapeutic approach combines elements of CBT, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory. My expertise spans spiritual trauma, attachment wounds, women's issues, and anxiety and depression. Additionally, I'm trained in EMDR for PTSD and stuckness.
