Using EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and other trauma-informed approaches, I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion and proven tools—to help you move through overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting change.
When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active, gardening, crafting, and spending time with my family in the Rogue Valley. Life can feel heavy at times, but you don’t have to face it alone.
