Groups
Girls Group

Girls Group is an open-ended part process-based, part skills-based group for teenage girls who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and relationships. There is a pre-screening intake that is required before beginning. BCBS PPO and Self-Pay are both accepted as payment options. Girls Group runs weekly on Wednesday nights from 5-6:30 pm with Dr. Petya Randelova. Please email admin@ciracenter.org if you are interested in joining.

Sexual Trauma Survivors Group

This is a long-term, open process group for female survivors of sexual trauma that incorporates some skill-building, grounding techniques, and body-centered interventions when appropriate. Participants can expect to 1) Discuss their experiences with other women who understand 2) Hear other women's stories 3) Explore how the trauma continues to impact their present-day life (friendships, romantic relationships, sex, work, etc) 4) Learn ways to better cope with traumatic symptoms. Dr. Gehr and Stacy Rhoades, LCPC, run this group. An intake session is required before joining the group. Please email admin@ciracenter.org if you are interested in joining.

Mothers Group

This group will provide support and process for mothers in transition, experiencing challenges with self, baby or spouse, etc, as well as some development and education around questions related to baby (feeding, attachment, sleep, play etc).
