Announcement icon I have immediate openings for tele-therapy (video sessions) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
I am here to help you gain insight into your emotional well-being and improve the coping skills you need to face life's challenges. I provide the guidance needed for you to improve your communication and relationships and help you move past challenges that are blocking you from achieving your personal goals.
I use a variety of therapy techniques to effectively treat depression and anxiety. I work with people experiencing the emotional challenges of chronic pain and illness, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns such as mood disorders and ADHD. I also help individuals to recover from traumatic events in their lives and restore their self esteem.
I have worked with adolescents, adults, families, and couples in various settings including a children's hospital, community mental health agencies, and private practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have practiced in North Carolina since 2005.
