She has been working in the mental health field with a wide array of ages from 2 years old to 70 years old since 2021. Celeste has a passion for coming alongside people and helping people work through difficult situations and finding the healing each person looks for. Celeste specializes in working with pre-teens and teens in working through difficult emotions and transitions. Celeste also specializes in working with people who experience complex trauma - more specifically religious and post cult trauma.
Celeste's therapeutic strategy is tailored to the individual & generally focuses on a holistic approach, integrating trauma-focused therapies with a cultural lens. She believes in the mind-body connection & works with people to incorporate this into sessions. She does this through strategies such as Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory & Brainspotting.
