Hi, welcome! I have immediate openings and welcome professionals, students, adolescents, parents, immigrants, and LGBTQ+ folks. Are you struggling with work, relationships, or past trauma? I offer a safe, nonjudgemental, compassionate atmosphere, and listen deeply. I use somatic, relational, experiential and mindfulness-based modalities like AEDP. I believe therapy sessions shouldn't be just talking about feelings, but instead having a new experience, so you leave each session feeling different, better. Together, we forge new pathways for lasting healing.
I focus on helping resolve anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also help college/graduate students with overcoming academic obstacles and clarifying life goals. Other specialties: postpartum depression, learning differences, giftedness, racial/cultural diversity, and optimizing creativity. I am queer and come from a bicultural Mexican-American family.
