I work with motivated adults and teens (16+) who are ready to engage in the work of therapy, who are not looking for quick fixes, and wanting a genuine thinking partner. Many come in navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship struggles, life transitions, religious trauma, or challenges with body image and food. They’ve often tried therapy before and want something deeper. Together, we focus on building a real, trusting relationship where you can be honest, feel understood, and start making sense of patterns so you can move forward with clarity.
I offer a person-centered, collaborative, and relational approach that adapts to you rather than forcing you into a specific framework. I’ll help you slow things down, understand patterns, and break overwhelming challenges into manageable steps so you can make meaningful, realistic changes that actually fit your life.
