Hope is possible! CBT Works! My clients are seeking help with social anxiety, panic and other forms of anxiety, depression, or OCD. They come with urgent needs because of relationships, social or friendship problems, difficulty completing schoolwork, trouble sleeping, problems with family members, worries about the future, difficulty dating or worries about work. I also specialize in school refusal, and social skills. Some of my clients have high functioning autism. Behavior difficulties, such as fear of flying, driving, needles or similar concerns are common issues in my office. Call me and let's find out if we are a good fit.
