I have over 20 years of experience in helping individuals, couples and families move through the anger, hurt and fear often associated with difficult life transitions. I believe that while we cannot directly change events that happen in our lives, most of us can learn to change our perceptions about these issues.
When traveling through life we often pass through various transitions. Some are developmental in nature, others may be more situational. At each transition we may encounter a crossroad and may need to make a decision. Sometimes we know how to proceed, but sometimes we are unsure. Sometimes we need help.
I assist my clients in learning to transform the negative thoughts and fear-based feelings that may be keeping them "lost" or "stuck". I help them learn to respond more deliberately and effectively to life's inevitable transitions/events. I guide them toward a place of health, safety and peace.
