Groups
Late Diagnosed Adults on the Autism Spectrum
Group has been placed on hold for now, but please feel free to reach out with any questions. Join a supportive therapy group for autistic adults 35+ who were officially or self diagnosed in adulthood. Together we will explore identity, relationships, masking/unmasking, self acceptance, burnout, sensory sensitivity, and much more in a space with others who understand. Weekly 80 min sessions for 10 weeks. Connect, share, and grow with others like you. Led by a neurodiversity affirming therapist who is also on the autism spectrum.
