Hey there! I'm Celena! Just because you may think differently than others, or at least-have been told as much, doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you. We all process and feel things uniquely and at different rates. I'm here to help you sort through what you are experiencing in a way and at a speed that works for you. I understand that each person has their own complexities and quirks, and I believe that's what makes us human. While some people out there may not believe what you're feeling to be true, I'm here to listen to you and to help you so that you can move forward, cope, and/or feel like you again.

I love to work with all ages, including children and adolescents. I take a very holistic approach to therapy, and believe that the mind, body, spirit, and physical parts are all important areas of a person. I use a hands-on/experiential approach and like to have therapy that involves more than only talking.

I can help by creating a safe space for you to be you, so that we can find out together how to create the kind of life that you want to live. When emotions, thoughts, or events aren’t properly processed, they can get stuck. I can help to get these unstuck so they are no longer getting in your way, and so that you feel more like you.
