I create a safe space for all people of color to be seen, heard, and able to share stories without the fear of retaliation or dismissal. I use that space to help my clients learn about themselves and their identity, and how to best show up in the world according to their values.

I help my clients let go of the pain from anxiety, depression, and trauma that may seem impossible to overcome as people of color in environments that aren't supportive.
