My job is to help you understand and heal your 'relationship psychology'. We would work to heal relationship patterns, old traumas, and anxiety. I specialize in trauma-informed attachment therapy. I also do couples therapy. Additionally, I am fully recovered from 3 1/2 years of Long Covid and help clients with Long Covid and ME/CFS, as well.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC 0021389), supervised by Shannon Heers, LPC 4786. I use Schema Therapy, guided meditation, attachment theory, and body-based (somatic) healing.
