I'm a licensed mental health counselor providing counseling to children, teens and adults. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma; neurodivergent individuals and people struggling with interpersonal relationships. My goal as a person-centered therapist is to meet my client where they are and provide a safe space while holding my clients in the utmost regard with empathy and compassion. Throughout my experience, I have found that individuals who are provided a safe, welcoming and consistent environment will be better equipped to develop healthy coping skills to overcome obstacles in their life.
With children and young teens, I work from a client-centered play based approach. For parents with young children, I also provide therapeutic guidance through a client-centered play therapy lens to help you better understand, communicate and adjust to difficulties that arise in parenthood.
In addition to counseling, I also provide clinical supervision for licensure. I am the owner of Una Therapy Group, a practice serving people throughout the Seattle area.
