My therapeutic style is rooted in relational psychodynamic interventions and centered in values of patience, humility, empathy, and humor. My experience working with young and emerging adults has allowed me to effectively support people in finding both a work-life balance and relief from stress. My areas of interest and specialization include working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal/relationship issues, grief, family-of-origin concerns, disordered eating, trauma, and self-acceptance.
