I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Houston and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and various other modalities to provide a custom treatment plan for each client. While using evidence-based approaches is key, I believe that healing happens within a supportive, genuine therapeutic relationship.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life including addiction, adolescents, anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, couples counseling, as well as family counseling. I have worked with clients who struggle with taking charge of their lives and helped them to gaining useful skills, strength, and mindfulness through the therapeutic process.
