I also believe everyone has the answers they seek within themselves and my job is to help you find them. Our relationship is a partnership where you set the goals and we work toward them together. Whether you are dealing with a specific crisis situation or wanting to focus on personal growth, therapy can help and you don't have to go through it alone.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Some of the areas of focus in therapy are depression and anxiety, relationship problems, self esteem, domestic violence, marital problems, stress reduction, behavioral problems in children, sexual abuse, and love addiction. I am also happy to conduct therapy in Spanish if that is your preference.
