This group is for young adults(21 to 30) who wants to build up emotional and communication skills for better relationships with others. Only when we are aware our of interpersonal patterns and find ways to modify the unhealthy behaviors we might have copied from others unintentionally, can we learn to be truly intimate with someone else. Through connecting with others in a group with similar goals, we can develop the ability to connect without judgement, feel without defense and share without shame. This is an online group and will start when there is minimum of 5(max of 8) signups.
