Groups
ADHD Support Groups
Our groups are supportive, collaborative spaces for adults to find community concerning ADHD and RSD struggles. In our ADHD support group, we discuss Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and what that really looks like in daily life. Our therapists will provide education as well as skills to help you identify where ADHD and RSD are holding you back. Specifically, we will share tools to help with emotional regulation and mindfulness. We’ll learn and practice executive functioning skills, which many people who have ADHD struggle with. Our groups are ten weeks long. Reach out if you'd like to learn more!

Neurodivergent Affirming Group Therapy - Virtual
Weekly support groups for Neurodivergent people. In group we learn about sensory differences, executive function skills, emotional sensitivity, lifestyle habits and navigating social situations as ADHD, HSP and ASD people. We launch groups multiple times a year, including three session workshops for people who would like to experience being in a group. I look forward to connecting!
