I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive training in addiction recovery, and I hold a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Somatic Depth Psychology. For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside remarkably thoughtful, resilient, and gifted individuals—people I am honored to call my clients.
This first step will begin with you sharing whatever is on your heart and mind. Together we will come up with an action plan that best reflects the goals you have outlined. During this initial session, you are free to ask me any questions you have regarding how we will proceed and how long you can expect to be in therapy.
At this stage of my work, I identify most closely with integrative psychotherapy. To me, this means working holistically—honoring the mind, body, emotions, and spirit—to help people remember who they truly are beneath coping strategies, trauma, expectations, and survival patterns.
