I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a great ability to listen. I am empathetic, enthusiastic, and I can motivate you to produce the needed changes. Life is dynamic, and crises are sometimes challenges to produce those changes in oneself and in our environment to grow. I am able to actively be with you on that journey. My tools are CBT (focused on the present) and EMDR, which helps us to reprocess and elaborate the past experiences, especially the traumatic ones, so that the present can be lived fully.
I am a very good listener, I will be with you exploring your experiences, feelings and thoughts. I am very dynamic at the same time, giving you a lot of tips, practicing new skills, and feedback. I am very active and positive and I will empower you to be positive and proactive as well.
I am a CBT therapist, we will work together identifying and changing destructive or disturbing thought or relational patterns that have negative influence on behaviors and emotions for more positive and healthier pattern of behaviors and relationships.
