I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, grief, and codependency. I have specialized training and lived experience in perinatal mental health. I provide support for parents struggling with infertility, pregnancy and parenting adjustment. I also help couples work through conflict and strengthen connection using Gottman Method.
I enjoy working with over-functioners who want to avoid burnout. I have extensive experience working in faith-based settings and can support clients who are healing from religious trauma, or wanting to learn how to weave spirituality into their daily lives.
