My ideal client yearns for balance of body, mind and spirit and is genuinely ready for change. While many issues, needs and goals may seem vastly different, they often fall under the umbrella of stress due to unresolved trauma, fear, insecurity and feelings of unworthiness. The resulting negative self-talk can sabotage even feasible and attainable goals as the subconscious hangs onto old programming that serves no purpose. Working as co-creators of success, my clients and I "weed the garden" and plant new seeds for generating positive inner dialogue and confidence.
As a former professional school counselor, cafe owner, certified transpersonal hypnotherapist/trainer and life coach I help clients tap into their own inner strengths and resources utilizing an approach I refer to as "hypno-coaching." I believe the unique answers lie within each of us, ready to be revealed.
Empowering others to believe in themselves, to trust in higher guidance and experience healing satisfies my own sense of purpose and brings me great joy. 2 Timothy 1:7 states: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." I hope to be a channel of that spirit for my clients.
