Creating a coherent narrative of one's life and experiences helps us deal with issues like anxiety, depression, compulsions, ruminations, grief, family conflict and executive functioning concerns in a meaningful way.

I graduated from LSU with an MSW in 1996 and started private practice in 2008. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, panic and stress reduction techniques, as well as other modalities, to assist clients. I have done additional training in CBT for Insomnia.
