My 15+ years of experience working with adolescents and adults gives me a unique insight into the specific needs of maneuvering the different phases of life.
Using an empathetic and collaborative method with clients, my goal is to help clients overcome the obstacles and hardships they are experiencing to be able to thrive in their everyday lives. Anxiety, depression, life transitions, infertility, postpartum, and adolescent concerns are all within my areas of clinical focus.
