I can help you process difficult transitions in life, work through difficult feelings, manage anxiety, help with relationship issues, and give you the tools you need to cope and thrive in life. I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a very successful modality for trauma, as well as other life struggles.
