My background also includes working within the CPS and foster care systems. I use an eclectic approach to meet the specific need of each individual. I also offer faith-based Christian counseling upon request. I strive to create a safe and compassionate environment for clients to explore their difficulties and begin the healing process.

My approach is to empower clients through difficult times of their life, by teaching them the skills of self-compassion and vulnerability. Haley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in marital and family relationship counseling and trauma therapy. Haley takes a holistic approach to mental health addressing the needs of the individual by considering the societal, relational, biological, spiritual, and emotional factors in a person's life. Haley approaches therapy with a collaborative stance, considering the client the expert on their life and situations and offers her expertise on relational dynamics, trauma and the brain, attachment wounds, and self-parenting to help her clients navigate their past hurts, current relationships, anxiety, and more.
