I am a psychotherapist who enjoys working with a wide variety of people and issues. I specialize in trauma work utilizing a treatment called EMDR which is particularly effective to ameliorate flashbacks and nightmares. I also treat many clients with anxiety and depression. I work with adolescents, and adults individually, or as couples or families. A variety of treatment modalities used in my practice include psycho education regarding men's and women's issues, codependency, information specific to a particular diagnosis, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, as well as several others.
