I am looking to work with people who are not satisfied with how things are in their life, and ready to take control in order for their lives to improve. In addition to actively listening and problem solving, I coach individuals to activate specific techniques designed to be applied throughout their daily lives. It is in the hands of the individual to apply these skills in order to reach their goals. If an individual is not quite there, we'll work together to figure out what's blocking their potential.
I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction. I also work with people struggling with Bipolar disorder and other major mental illness. I have experience working with families. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and gender identity. Adolescents are also welcomed!
I believe it is my duty to work with individuals to attain their inner peace and activate the skills they already possess to live their lives to the fullest.
