I find it valuable to be able to know yourself and build your best life based on who you are and who you aim to be. I have embraced my life-long passion for listening to others and pursued an education in how to effectively guide people to be their more fulfilled, mentally healthy selves. I believe counseling can be beneficial for anyone looking for an advocate, working on self-improvement, and navigating life stressors and mental health symptoms.
My areas of expertise include mood disturbances (such as depression, anxiety, etc.), chronic suicidal ideation, personality disorders, LGBTQIA+, sexual health and well-being, self-esteem, trauma/abuse, relationship conflict, and career counseling. I am non-religious (can work with all religious backgrounds as well) and a part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
