My own experiences with loss inform my compassionate approach to grief therapy, and I tailor my clinical approach to each client’s unique needs. I also specialize in trauma and adoption-related issues, and support clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Holding Hearts: a virtual group for pregnancy loss

Holding Hearts is for people ages 18+ who have experienced pregnancy loss. The goals for this group are expressing grief-related emotions, connecting with a supportive community, exploring and making peace with your reproductive/family-growing story, and reestablishing trust and acceptance of your body. Holding Hearts meet weekly for 6 weeks (dates and time TBD). Each participant must commit to attending regularly. An intake session is also required to ensure goodness of fit.
