Life throws curveballs. Relationships end, diagnoses change family dynamics, grief overwhelms, and even your child's behavior can shift unexpectedly.
Whatever you're facing, life as you knew it changed profoundly (and without your permission!). You now feel a sense of uncertainty you just can't shake- you know "before" is gone, but not what "after" holds. You want relief, clarity, and to know you're not alone.
That’s where I come in. I am so glad you are here.
I can help you process your emotions and forge a path ahead—not by moving on, but by moving forward. My own experiences with loss inform my compassionate approach to grief therapy, and I tailor my clinical approach to each client’s unique needs. I also specialize in trauma and adoption-related issues, and support clients of all ages and backgrounds.
My approach to psychotherapy is compassionate and nonjudgmental. If you want someone who will hear your story, (gently) challenge you, and maybe make you laugh, then we may be a great fit for each other. Please contact me to schedule your free 15-minute phone consult today!
