Are you or your child struggling with grief or trauma? Maybe someone you love has died, and the grief is more intense than anything you’ve felt before. Perhaps you've received a life-changing medical diagnosis, or your spouse has asked for a divorce, and you're filled with anxiety over where to go from here. You feel overwhelmed by emotions and uncertainty as you try your best to keep up with everyday life. You’ve gotten good at putting on a brave face, but it’s starting to feel exhausting.
Feeling like yourself again is possible, and I want to help you get there. We'll process your story together, practice tools to cope with difficult emotions, and build skills to help you navigate your most important relationships. We will work collaboratively and explore what comes next, and how to rebuild a meaningful life.
My approach to counseling is compassionate and nonjudgmental. If you want someone who will hear your story, (gently) challenge you, and maybe make you laugh, then we may be a great fit for each other. Please contact me to schedule your free 15-minute phone consult today!

Holding Hearts: a virtual group for pregnancy loss

Holding Hearts is for people ages 18+ who have experienced pregnancy loss. The goals for this group are expressing grief-related emotions, connecting with a supportive community, exploring and making peace with your reproductive/family-growing story, and reestablishing trust and acceptance of your body. Holding Hearts meet weekly for 6 weeks (dates and time TBD). Each participant must commit to attending regularly. An intake session is also required to ensure goodness of fit. The group will begin once an appropriate number of people are registered. Contact me today for more information or to schedule an intake!
