I specialize in working with people who have experienced betrayal trauma, infidelity, abuse, childhood trauma, and anxiety. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools they need to feel better. At the start of treatment my clients report feeling intense sadness, overwhelmed with worry, intrusive thoughts, disrupted sleep, irritability, and many other unpleasant feelings. You aren’t crazy! Together we can work together to discover why you are experiencing those symptoms and what you need to feel like yourself again.

Trauma impacts the way you feel about yourself, such as feeling not good enough, not safe, or stuck in shame. I provide a roadmap to healing. Trauma isn’t stored in the word center of your brain, so many people find positive results by focusing on healing the nervous system and reprocessing the trauma using EMDR. I provide a compassionate space to heal.

I’m trained through ITAPP as an Associate Partner and Trauma Therapist, specializing in helping people heal from the complex and devastating impact of betrayal and infidelity. I have advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), treating complex trauma, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
