You are well on your journey to change and increasing your quality of life just by starting a search for a therapist. One of the most significant predictors of success in therapy is client-therapist fit. I offer free phone consultations for that reason. I named my company Denver Therapy Movement for two reasons. One, because if you are working with me, there is going to be movement. Two, let's make a movement to change the ideas people have about therapy. We can all use therapy for life transitions, navigating relationships, career, and to increase our awareness so we are really LIVING!

During a therapy session with me, you can expect me to ask engaging questions, offer feedback to help you identify the things that are limiting your success, remind you of your strengths, empower you to try new things and hold you accountable to make the changes we discuss in sessions.

I am passionate about my clients and am intrigued by how hard they work to give themselves an edge above the rest. I am located inside of the historic George Schleier Mansion. Call, text, or email for a free phone consultation and availability! I am also a Talkspace therapist and you can engage with me here: https://www.talkspace.com/room/caylicollins.
