About
"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending-" C.S Lewis. Making changes in one's life can be difficult. Whether you feel you are being held back due to your past or your current circumstances, I would like to help you navigate the many challenges of life. You are the expert of your life, in the driver's seat, I am just here to help navigate you to becoming the best version of yourself. My approach is client centered, using Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT concepts to help you develop skills in order to achieve the changes you desire and ultimately reach your goals.
I have over 10 years experience working with individuals/families suffering from behavioral issues, addiction issues, mood disorders, and trauma. I enjoy working with a diverse population, meeting the client where they are at, whatever their circumstances, and collaborating to help them reach their goals.
Reaching out for help can be a very scary thing, but I am so happy that you have chosen to invest in yourself and your personal growth. I would love to hear from you and how I may be able to assist you in reaching your goals. Please call or email me for a free consultation to see if I may be a good fit for you.
