About
I believe that life takes a toll on all of us and everyone could use some healing and TLC. Just as we work with a physician to heal our bodies, my job as a psychologist is to help you find health and healing for your heart and mind. My therapeutic interests and strengths lead me to be most interested in working with young adults and adults struggling with the impacts of stress, anxiety, depression, childhood family dysfunction, various relationship difficulties, experiences of trauma and abuse, self-esteem issues, and complex internal conflict.
I offer individual therapy and psychological testing for young adults and adults, with testing spanning from broad psychological evaluations to more specific ADHD and autism evaluations. In particular, I love working with college students and have past experience in university counseling centers, most recently at NC State.
I am originally from the east coast of Florida. I am a movie buff, bookworm, foodie, traveler, and outdoor adventurer. I value faith, family, and friends above all else and enjoy spending time with my loved ones and church community. I look forward to joining you in your pursuit of psychological health and wellbeing.
